Profit redistribution: To acknowledge and reward the contribution of the stakeholders in our business success, we redistribute profits:
- To Society: 2% of annual net profit to CSR initiatives focussed on sustainability, early-education programs, and food security and poverty alleviation efforts
- To Employees: Rs. 1.15 per 1kg sold for staff (white-collar); Rs. 1.05 per 1kg sold for laborers/workers (blue-collar)
